The Nova Flow Studio Soft Opening

Mastah Tee Fitness & Dance along with my other partners and spiritual sisters of Hiking For Hope: Teairra Thompson, owner of Nova Flow Studio a Yoga, Sound Healer, and Reiki Practitioner. Ava Adames of Violets In Blooms a Pilate and healing & holistic practitioner.

Nova Flow Studio will be opening the doors in a series of Soft Openings/ Open Houses starting Sunday, August 6th, 12 pm-4 pm throughout August. All you need to do is bless us with your spirits.

We will explore Wellness through the mind, body, and spirit by using various forms of movement, ceremonies, & celebrations… Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Reiki… if you need this.   You will find it here✨
