I wanted to reach out to let you know that I am doing ok, just waiting for the surgery to get my new knees (Oct 17). I can't participate in class because my one knee hurts even when I am in the water, but I think about class and you guys all of the time. Even now as I write this Trina is arriving for "Mensday".
