AQUA FIT AT KAISERMAN JCC PHILLY

COME, have fun, and work out in the outdoor pool. Using the water's natural resistance, you'll exercise to get your heart rate up and tone your body. No swimming is required, but please bring a towel, water, sun shades/sun hat, and sunscreen. Class every Wed 3:30 pm & Sun 3pm (Aqua Fit): This class combines kickboxing, basic aerobic moves, strength and conditioning. You will achieve a total-body workout in under an hour. PRE-REGISTRATION IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.    You WILL NEED to sign two waivers. JCC waiver and MTFD waiver before arriving.
