This class is for only the Party Boss Mommas! NONSTOP easy to follow party atmosphere style class with some progressive moves plus easy to follow mini routines to top 40 popular music. We may end it with a face to face dance battle. Where my boss mommas at? (high energy/low impact) All levels.

Bring your kids to dance fitness class. With parent assistance & involvement. The kids will be exposed to different styles of family friendly music, movement, fun dance games, and the best part...quality time with your loved one. Grandparent, guardian, or care-taker are welcomed.
