Hiking for Hope is an EXCITING wellness event that brings awareness to our POWER to heal collectively when putting SELF, HEALTH, and COMMUNITY at the forefront. The event features two hiking distances followed by music, a hip-hop dance class, yoga, meditation, and swag bags.

About the event
Hiking for Hope is an EXCITING wellness event that brings awareness to our POWER to heal collectively when putting SELF, HEALTH, and COMMUNITY at the forefront. The event features two hiking distances followed by music, a hip-hop dance class, yoga, meditation, and swag bags.
Our goal for each event is to ensure each person feel seen, heard and become part of the greater good. Our activities faster higher energy levels, improved mindfulness skills, reduced stres, and increased enduranc.
Over the last five years, the event has grown to include over 30 participant-from students to teachers to veteran.
Every year we partner with community to designate a local non-profit to receive a portion of the proceeds. The qualifications include non-profits in good standing serving women, and the community.
This year our goal is to trademark the Hiking for Hope brand, expand to three states, and raise $25K in the process. Proceeds will benefit to designated non-profit serving women and the community, and the attainment of Hiking for Hope's own 501C3.
