Owner, Trina Lyons with over 20 years of experience and background in dance to include Street, Hip Hop, Jazz, Modern, Ballet, Tap, & African. Being fit as a dancer was extremely important to prevent injuries. Number one strength? The Core! Pilates was spawned by the "Ballerina's" warm up. Mastah Tee Fitness main target is the Core. Strengthen the core first? Your whole body will follow suit. As a dancer you absolutely need to nourish your body right to have the stamina, agility & energy it needs. Here, Mastah Tee Fitness will teach you how to eat to live. Mastah Tee Fitness incorporates the dancers need for fitness & nutrition into Aqua Fit, Boot Camp, Full Body Conditioning, Weight training, Kick Boxing, Mat Pilates, Senior Fit, Basic Aerobics and Cardio Dance Aerobics. Mastah Tee Fitness will be your TOTAL FITNESS COACH for One on one training, Private or Corporate group training. 

Camora Sole’

Group Fitness 

Camora Solé, at 11 years old, has already studied, performed and competed in hip hop, lyrical,  jazz, worship and ballet since the tender age of 3.   She loves the adrenaline rush of Jazz Funk & Hip Hop, with an affinity for worship, Lyrical and Ballet as well.

 Camora is known for her passionate and emotional connection when showcasing these styles as well.  She performed at various venues across Pennsylvania and New Jersey while earning multiple regional titles in competitive dance.  Camora has been featured dancing and acting in music videos,  "Try" , "Main Thing" & "Lovelong" by Christopher Young (Pastor of Anchored Church and an aspiring gospel artist).  In addition, Camora loves running her lip balm business (Balm's by Cam), meeting new people, encouraging others, teaching and ministering at church.  Camora has recently embarked upon teaching fitness through dance under the tutelage of Trina Lyons (dance/teaching mentor).  Be on the lookout for Camora Sole’ as she’ll start teaching her new fitness format titled, “Soul Works”.
