Get ready to feel the rhythm with Mastah Tee Fitness’ BOOMER FIT class. Designed for all ages. This class is perfect for those looking to increase their strength, flexibility, range of motion, mobility, and balance. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned, our experienced instructors will guide you through various exercises that can be performed seated or standing. You only need a resistance band, light hand-held weights, and a small ball (optional). Join us and get ready to move to the beat.

Cancellation Policy
In order to reschedule or cancel a class, kindly do so at least two hours in advance. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a late fee of $10. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
